Best Photos of 2023
2023 took us all over the state of Colorado from the Western slope in Palisade, to Vail for a winter wedding, to Snowmass for a green, summer celebration, to Buena Vista, Colorado for a couples session, to our backyard for elopements and engagement sessions in Rocky Mountain National Park and lots of places in between. As always, we are so grateful to get to be a photo and video team serving Colorful Colorado. We get to work with the absolute coolest people, and we are thankful for each and every one who allows us a sneak peek into their special days. We focus on storytelling and capturing candid moments that will remind you of this moment in time for years to come. It is so difficult to narrow down favorites, but here our “2023 Bangers” as I like to call them.
Rocky Mountain National Park Elopement
We spent lots of time in our favorite place photographing couples for engagements, and a highlight was getting to plan and photograph Krista and Brodie’s Elopement in the park. They traveled from Kansas and wished for a stress free day spent in the mountains TOGETHER. That is exactly what we planned for them, and it was breathtaking. Vail Winter Wedding
We started the year off with a bang in Vail for Logan and Maddy’s February wedding at the Vail Nordic Center. They hosted a ski weekend with their closest friends and family and got married somewhere in there. There was no lack of personality and joy at this wedding, and the highlights included their grandmothers signing their marriage license and a truly epic dance party. Sunset Engagement Photos on Trail Ridge Road
During the summertime, I got to run around with Hailey and Morgen on Trail Ridge Road. They brought so much fun and energy and we ended up with some really amazing images! Trail Ridge is one of our favorite places to take couples and is typically open from mid-June through early October. When photographing on the tundra it is always important to stick to established trails and hard surfaces.
Fort Collins Wedding Photographer
Fort Collins is our home and we love getting to show couples some of our favorite hidden, local gems, like the one above. We got to meet Amy and Nic for their engagement photos this fall, and we are looking forward to doing photo and video for them at their Mishwaka Wedding next summer!
Forest Picture Company is a Colorado wedding photography and videography team who travels across the state and even to the Western Slope for weddings! We love capturing couples who have a passion for each other and the great outdoors! Get in touch with us here to learn more about working with us for wedding videography and photography in Colorado!
Enjoy the highlights from our 2023 season, and stay tuned for all that is to come in 2024!
